Job description

We are seeking an Senior Operations Analyst to join our Credit bureau reporting and dispute management team. In this role, you will independently manage operational workflows, analyze data, resolve discrepancies, and prepare accurate reports for stakeholders. You will serve as a key execution resource within the Operations function, driving credit bureau processes, data analysis, stakeholder coordination, and maintenance of operational records and manage customers complaints/disputesKey job responsibilitiesManage and improve end-to-end operational and dispute management for credit bureau functions. processes independently; handle daily operational activities and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.Use SQL (PostgreSQL) and advanced Excel for data extraction, analysis, credit bureau, and MIS reporting; build queries to pull, validate, and reconcile large datasets.Perform transaction, settlement, payout, and ledger reconciliations; investigate mismatches, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and coordinate with stakeholders for issue resolution.Prepare operational dashboards, trackers, and reports for management review; ensure reconciliation records are audit-ready and accurate.Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency; support automation activities with basic Python scripting.
