**Job Description:** We are looking for a **Senior Power Automate Developer** with strong hands-on experience in **Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop (RPA)**. This is an **immediate deployment role**. The candidate must be confident in building, modifying, and deploying automation solutions independently without requiring training or transition time. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Power Automate Cloud and Desktop flows. - Build automation solutions based on business requirements. - Work extensively with triggers, actions, connectors, APIs, approvals, and integrations. - Develop robust UI automation using Power Automate Desktop (selectors, dynamic elements, waits, exception handling). - Debug and modify existing production workflows. - Handle production issues,logging, retries, monitoring, and performance optimization. - Manage deployment across Dev,UAT, and Production environments. - Ensure automation stability and documentation. **Mandatory Skills:** - 5+ years of relevant experience in Power Platform. - Strong hands-on experience in: - Power Automate Cloud Flows - Power Automate Desktop (RPA) - Experience working in live production environments. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Experience with connectors such as SharePoint, Outlook, Dataverse, APIs, etc. - Knowledge of error handling,retries, exception management. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Note: This role requires immediate readiness. Candidates who have only theoretical or training exposure may not be suitable. **Preferred Skills (Highly Desirable):** - Experience integrating AI with Power Platform. - Exposure to Azure OpenAI / Copilot Studio / AI Builder. - Experience building Agentic AI solutions or AI-driven automation. - Knowledge of bots, LLM integrations, intelligent workflows. **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Strong ownership mindset. - Proactive and solution-oriented. - Comfortable working in hybrid model (Hyderabad). - Ready to contribute from Day 1. **Interested candidates with relevant hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.**
