Associate Recruiter Talent Acquisition Location: TTEC Ahmedabad Work Mode: On-site Working Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM TTEC Ahmedabad is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. What are we looking for? • 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably volume/BPO hiring. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills. • Experience handling virtual and walk-in interviews and coordinating interview drives. • Ability to assess candidates' English communication and overall suitability. • Good knowledge of job portals. • Good MS Excel and computer skills with the ability to work on recruitment systems/tools. • Willingness to work on-site and travel to other cities when required. • Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills. Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions. • Coordinate virtual and walk-in hiring drives. • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups. • Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support hiring requirements. • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
