The company has received multiple awards for project delivery, safety, and quality, and is part of the Tata Group. **Role Description** The Senior Process Engineer Water will lead process engineering activities for water and wastewater treatment projects at Tata Projects’ Hyderabad location in a full-time, on office. Daily responsibilities include developing and reviewing process designs, performing mass and energy balance calculations, selecting and sizing equipment, and preparing process flow diagrams and P&IDs for water treatment systems. The role involves evaluating process technologies, optimizing treatment schemes, supporting process control strategies, and ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards. The Senior Process Engineer will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical guidance to junior engineers, support bid proposals and technical documentation, and participate in commissioning, performance testing, and troubleshooting at project sites. The position also requires regular coordination with clients, consultants, and vendors to address technical queries and ensure successful project delivery. **Qualifications** - Candidates should possess strong skills in Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering applied to water and wastewater treatment systems in Power Plant. - Candidates should possess solid Process Design capabilities, including process calculations, equipment sizing, and development of process documents and deliverables. - Candidates should possess experience in Process Control, including control philosophy development, instrumentation interfaces, and support for automation and optimization. - Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating process performance, interpreting test data, and resolving complex technical issues. - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; a master’s degree in water/environmental engineering is an advantage. - Relevant experience in design and execution of Power Plant or industrial water and wastewater treatment plants, desalination, or recycling/reuse projects. - Familiarity with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements for water quality, safety, and environmental compliance. - Proficiency with process simulation and design software,
