**Job Summary** We are looking for an experienced **Procurement Professional (1012 years)** with strong expertise in procurement intelligence, process transformation, and development of agentic (AI-driven) workflows. This role will drive the shift from traditional procurement to intelligent, automated, insight-to-action ecosystems. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Procurement Intelligence Insights** Lead development of procurement intelligence solutions (spend analytics, supplier intelligence, cost modeling) Generate actionable insights to drive sourcing strategies and value creation Build predictive and prescriptive analytics for procurement decision-making **2. Procurement Process Transformation** Lead end-to-end procurement transformation initiatives across S2P (Source-to-Pay) lifecycle Identify and redesign processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and value delivery Drive digitization and automation of procurement processes using AI and advanced analytics Define and implement operating models, governance frameworks, and KPIs for transformed procurement functions **3. Agentic Workflow Development** Design and deploy agentic AI workflows that automate procurement processes and decision making Build workflows integrating data ingestion insight generation recommendation execution Incorporate human-in-the-loop controls for governance and compliance Partner with tech teams to scale AI-enabled procurement agents and platforms **4. Digital Procurement Transformation** Enable adoption of AI-powered procurement ecosystems (Control Towers, Supplier Risk Intelligence, Cost Engineering) Transition organizations from static reporting to dynamic, autonomous decision systems Evaluate and implement GenAI, ML, and automation solutions **5. Stakeholder Management Delivery** Engage with CPOs and senior stakeholders to align transformation initiatives Present insights in executive-ready formats Lead cross-functional teams and ensure high-quality delivery of transformation programs **Core Competencies** Transformation mindset with focus on process optimization and digital enablement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to bridge business, process, and technology Excellent stakeholder and communication skills **Required Qualifications** **Experience** 1012 years in procurement, sourcing, or procurement consulting Strong experience in procurement intelligence and analytics Proven track record in procurement process transformation (S2P/P2P redesign, digital transformation, operating model setup) Experience in AI/ML or agentic workflow implementation preferred **Technical Skills** Proficiency in analytics tools (Celonis, Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau) Exposure to GenAI, workflow orchestration, and automation platforms Understanding of procurement systems (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) **Functional Skills** Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and supplier lifecycle Strong knowledge of procurement processes and transformation levers Ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions **Disclaimer** : The following job description serves as an informative reference for the tasks you may be required to perform.
