Sprinklr’s unified platform provides powerful solutions for every customer-facing team — spanning social media management, marketing, advertising, customer feedback, and omnichannel contact center management — enabling enterprises to unify data, break down silos, and act on real-time insights.  Today, 1,900+ enterprises and 60% of the Fortune 100 rely on Sprinklr to help them deliver consistent, trusted customer experiences worldwide.  Job Description •  Define the Outbound story by persona and use case (sales, renewals, collections, reminders).  • Create simple positioning that Sales and Solutions Consulting can repeat.  • Build battlecards, demo flows, and objection handling content in partnership with Enablement.  • Identify the biggest setup and adoption blockers through Support, Services, and SC feedback.  • Drive product changes, defaults, and workflows that reduce time-to-first-value.  • Define and track adoption metrics (activation, setup success, time-to-first-campaign, usage expansion).  • Run a lightweight operating cadence with GTM teams (AEs, SCs, CS, Enablement).  • Convert field feedback into crisp product requirements and roadmap proposals.  • Align dependencies across teams (Outbound, Voice platform, AI, Services) to deliver outcomes.  • Drive lighthouse customer success stories with measurable impact.  • Package proof points and learnings into reusable artifacts.  • Top adoption blockers are identified and a plan is underway to remove them.  • Two lighthouse accounts or internal pilots show measurable progress in adoption metrics.  • GTM teams have a predictable feedback loop and shared view of priorities.  • Must-have qualifications  • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS (CCaaS, CRM, workflow, or similar).  • Proven experience working with GTM teams (Sales, SC, CS, Enablement) and improving adoption.  • Strong written and verbal communication. Can produce crisp one-pagers and executive updates.  • Ability to lead cross-functional programs without formal authority.  • Strong product judgment on tradeoffs, sequencing, and what not to do.    We focus on our mission: Sprinklr was founded in 2009 to solve a big problem: growing enterprise complexity that separated brands from their customers.
