**Roles and Responsibilities** - Provide high-quality patient care as an Attending Consultant Anesthesiologist, ensuring safe and effective pain management strategies are implemented. - Supervise and mentor junior residents and medical students in anaesthesia techniques, procedures, and best practices. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans. - Conduct research activities related to anaesthesiology, including publishing papers in peer-reviewed journals. - Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in anesthesia technology and techniques. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 0-3 years of experience as a Consultant Anaesthetist or equivalent role. - Diploma (Other Specialization) or Medical-MS/MD degree from a recognized institution. - Strong knowledge of anaesthesiology principles, practices, and protocols. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals.
