About the Role The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP PP, responsible for configuring and supporting production planning processes to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications • 6+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on SAP PP Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) module • Experience in configuring PP processes (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, MRP, etc.) • Expertise in Production Planning, Demand Management, and Capacity Planning • Strong knowledge of MRP (Material Requirement Planning) processes • Experience in Production Orders and Process Orders • Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, and QM modules • Experience in S/4HANA PP functionalities • Hands-on experience in business process analysis and requirement gathering • Experience in configuration, testing, and support of SAP PP solutions • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues • Knowledge of master data management (Material Master, BOM, Routing) • Experience in end-to-end implementation or rollout projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience with PP-PI (Process Industries) Preferred Skills • Exposure to Advanced Planning (APO/IBP) • Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for PP • Familiarity with integration tools or ABAP debugging • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing concepts
