About the Role: Leap Scholar is a one-stop platform for any aspirant wishing to study abroad. It is a transaction platform for students to apply to the university of choice. The charter for this role will include : • Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad • Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interests • Assist students in deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to apply to • Assist in preparing and filing their applications • Maintain follow-ups and a high conversion pipeline to meet enrollment targets • Use CRM tools to manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-up and closure • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth student experience • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student conversions Ideal Persona would: • Good communication skills • Knowledge of CRM • Consistent performer and has met targets in the previous organization • Prior experience in study abroad or Edtech industry is preferred • Be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
