**About the Role:** Leap Scholar is a one-stop platform for any aspirant wishing to study abroad. It is a transaction platform for students to apply to the university of choice. **The charter for this role will include :** - Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad - Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interests - Assist students in deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to apply to - Assist in preparing and filing their applications - Maintain follow-ups and a high conversion pipeline to meet enrollment targets - Use CRM tools to manage leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-up and closure - Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth student experience - Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for student conversions **Ideal Persona would:** - Good communication skills - Knowledge of CRM - Consistent performer and has met targets in the previous organization - Prior experience in study abroad or Edtech industry is preferred - Be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
