Role & responsibilities : • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Acquire new MSME and SME clients through the open market, direct customer outreach, and networking. • Channel Partner Management: Build and manage a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and channel partners to ensure steady, high-quality lead flow. • End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the entire lending process from initial pitch and document collection to credit evaluation and final loan disbursement. • Portfolio Quality & Delinquency: Ensure that all files sourced strictly adhere to internal risk and credit parameters. Monitor early buckets and assist collection teams in minimizing defaults. Preferred candidate profile : 1. Experience in Business Loan (Unsecured) in banking. 2. Graduate
