Job Title: Relationship Manager Prime LAP (DSA Vertical) Ticket Size: 25 Lakhs – 25 Crores Location: Local Candidates Only Job Overview: We are hiring a high-performing Relationship Manager for our Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) division. This role focuses strictly on driving business through our Direct Sales Agent (DSA) channel. You will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing mid-to-high-ticket secured loans by leveraging your local network of brokers and connectors. Key Responsibilities: • Onboard and activate local DSA networks and financial brokers. • Drive end-to-end loan processing from file login to final disbursement. • Meet monthly sales and disbursement targets for the 25L–25Cr portfolio. • Coordinate with internal credit, legal, and valuation teams to expedite approvals. Requirements: • Proven experience in Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. • An active, established local network of DSAs and loan connectors. • Deep knowledge of the local real estate and financial market. • Strong negotiation and financial profile evaluation skills.
