**SAP PM Senior Consultant (Application Management )** **(ROTATIONAL SHIFT)** **LOCATION:-Trivandrum, KOCHI, CHENNAI, BANGALORE,HYDERABAD** **EXP-5-7 Y** **Senior SAP PM Consultant** to deliver functional support for Plant Maintenance across global clients. You’ll manage incidents, enhancements, and change requests, ensuring smooth operations and driving process efficiency through automation and innovation. Key Responsibilities - Provide Level 2/3 application management support for SAP PM. - Resolve incidents, defects, and change requests with minimal disruption. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally. - Document configurations, user guides, and test scripts. - Ensure timely follow-up on client issues and requests. - Participate in on-call rotation and shift support for critical systems. - Stay updated on SAP best practices and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience. - 3–7 years in SAP PM with global client exposure. - Strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance processes (preventive, corrective, breakdown, refurbishment, warranty). - Integration experience with MM, QM, and PP modules. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. - Ability to work independently in time-critical environments. - Flexibility for shifts and on-call support. Preferred - SAP PM Certification. - Experience in equipment/functional location structures, BOMs.
