SAP PM Senior Consultant (Application Management ) (ROTATIONAL SHIFT) LOCATION:-Trivandrum, KOCHI, CHENNAI, BANGALORE,HYDERABAD EXP-5-7 Y Senior SAP PM Consultant to deliver functional support for Plant Maintenance across global clients. You’ll manage incidents, enhancements, and change requests, ensuring smooth operations and driving process efficiency through automation and innovation. Key Responsibilities • Provide Level 2/3 application management support for SAP PM. • Resolve incidents, defects, and change requests with minimal disruption. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally. • Document configurations, user guides, and test scripts. • Ensure timely follow-up on client issues and requests. • Participate in on-call rotation and shift support for critical systems. • Stay updated on SAP best practices and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience. • 3–7 years in SAP PM with global client exposure. • Strong knowledge of Plant Maintenance processes (preventive, corrective, breakdown, refurbishment, warranty). • Integration experience with MM, QM, and PP modules. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Ability to work independently in time-critical environments. • Flexibility for shifts and on-call support. Preferred • SAP PM Certification. • Experience in equipment/functional location structures, BOMs.
