Job description

Job summary Handle complex platform troubleshooting issues reported by Level 1 Team. Work with vendors on platform related issues and ensure issues are fixed. Responsibilities Optimize data integrations to reduce system resource consumption and improve performance. Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot system-level issues. Ensure high availability and reliability of the platforms. Support platform upgrades patching and change management processes. Build and support solutions using ELK Stack for log analysis and visualization. Conduct root cause analysis for platform outages or performance issues. Certifications Required Collaborate with Level 3 engineers on escalations platform enhancements.
