- Strong experience with Scala (Pekko/Akka, Cats, Cats Effect) and/or Java - **Atleast 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Python, Django or/and Fast API, PostgreSQL, NoSQL** - Good hands on experience in AWS cloud management - Practical experience with Event Sourcing, CQRS, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) - Experience designing and scaling microservice architectures - Building and maintaining high-performance, resilient APIs - Solid understanding of distributed systems, fault tolerance, and observability - Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture - Cloud-native development on AWS - Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes - Experience with relational and non-relational databases - Experience working in Agile product development teams.
