**Position** **Junior TOSCA Automation QA Engineer** **Experience** - Total Experience: 4 ? 6 Years - Automation Testing Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on automation testing experience with Tricentis Tosca. **Location** Noida, Bangalore (Hybrid mode must). **Employment Type** Full-Time **Role Summary** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior TOSCA Automation QA Engineer with strong automation testing experience. The ideal candidate should have recent hands-on experience in test automation, test design, execution, and defect management. Exposure to Tricentis Tosca is mandatory. The candidate should be capable of working in Agile teams and contributing to quality assurance activities across the software development lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** - Analyse business and functional requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, desktop, and/or API applications. - Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. - Participate in requirement analysis and test planning activities. - Identify, document, track, and verify defects. - Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders. - Maintain test cases, test data, and automation frameworks. - Support CI/CD-driven testing initiatives. - Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the testing lifecycle. - Prepare test execution reports and communicate testing progress effectively. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Minimum 3 years of recent hands-on experience in TOSCA Automation Testing. - Total professional experience between 4 and 6 years. - Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle. - Experience in Tricentis Tosca automation tool. - Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools such as: - Azure DevOps - JIRA - Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured. - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Support release validation and production deployment activities. - Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps Pipelines. - Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation Suite. - Exposure to risk-based testing and model-based test automation. - Experience testing enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, or cloud-based platforms. - Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation. - Relevant certifications in Tosca, ISTQB, or Automation Testing are a plus. **Soft Skills** - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. - Proactive approach to identifying quality risks. - Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration. - Continuous learning mindset. **Nice to Have** - Experience with performance or security testing. - Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure. - Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber or SpecFlow. - Experience working in offshore/onshore delivery models. - Experience in retail domain.
