Job Title: Senior Specialist, IT Program Management Job Description:    The Role  Join the IT PMO as a Project Manager based in Pune, India, focused on delivering infrastructure, operations, and cybersecurity initiatives across the enterprise. This role leads projects that improve platform availability, monitoring, identity and access controls, vulnerability management, and cyber risk reduction, partnering closely with Infrastructure & Operations, Cybersecurity, Architecture, and Audit stakeholders.  The role requires strong execution discipline, comfort working in technically complex environments, and practical experience managing initiatives aligned to security frameworks, operational controls, and enterprise risk management expectations.  What You Will Do  • Lead planning, governance, and execution of Infrastructure, Operations, and Cybersecurity initiatives.  • Manage projects related to:   • Network and infrastructure modernization (LAN/WAN, firewalls, SDWAN, data centers, cloud platforms).  • Enterprise monitoring and observability solutions (infrastructure monitoring, logging, alerting, availability tracking).  • Identity and Access Management (IAM), including directory services, access provisioning, role reviews, and privileged access.  • Cybersecurity initiatives such as vulnerability remediation, endpoint security, DLP, incident response readiness, and control remediation.  • Establish and maintain core project artifacts including charters, schedules, RAID logs, cutover plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication plans.  • Partner with technical teams to define scope, sequencing, dependencies, and implementation approaches for infrastructure and cyber initiatives.  • Coordinate delivery across infrastructure engineering, cybersecurity, application teams, vendors, and managed service providers.  • Apply Agile, hybrid, or predictive delivery approaches based on initiative type, operational risk, and compliance requirements.  • Actively manage risks related to availability, security exposure, audit findings, and service disruption.  • Facilitate technical working sessions, readiness reviews, and go live decision forums.  • Track and communicate progress against security, operational, and compliance objectives.  • Ensure alignment with IT PMO governance, security policies, and enterprise risk and control frameworks.  • Support change management, cutover execution, and postimplementation stabilization.  ​ What We Seek  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.  • 4 to 12 years of project management experience supporting infrastructure, operations, or cybersecurity initiatives.  • Experience managing projects aligned to security and risk frameworks such as NIST, ISO, SOC, or internal control standards.  • Practical familiarity with infrastructure and cyber domains such as:   • Network services, firewalls, load balancing, and connectivity.  • Cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments.  • Identity platforms, directory services, and access governance.  • Security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response concepts.  • Ability to translate technical work into structured delivery plans and executive level communication.  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.  • Proficiency with project and delivery tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms.  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones.  Outstanding Candidates Will Have  • Experience delivering IAM, network security, vulnerability remediation, or monitoring initiatives.  • Exposure to tools and platforms commonly used in I&O and Cyber environments, such as enterprise monitoring solutions, identity platforms, endpoint protection tools, or SIEM technologies.
