Senior Staff Engineer, ERP Dynamics Functional (Dynamics 365 Business Central, NAV)

That's where you come in! **REQUIREMENTS:** - Total Experience 8+ years - Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, integrations, and support. - Strong functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central Finance and Supply Chain modules. - Proven experience delivering at least 2 full project lifecycle implementations as a Lead Consultant or Solution Architect. - Strong experience in client-facing consulting roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Good understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into Dynamics 365 Business Central configurations. - Experience with system setup, configuration, data migration, and integration capabilities in Dynamics NAV/Business Central. - Ability to evaluate and utilize the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central functional features to deliver optimized solutions. - Strong requirements analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical business solutions. - Experience working with both onshore/offshore teams and third-party implementation partners. - Global implementation experience is preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Willingness to travel based on project requirements. - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central certification is preferred. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV solutions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product features and capabilities. - Work directly with clients to understand business objectives, define project scope, and gather functional requirements. - Conduct requirements analysis, business process reviews, and process re-engineering workshops. - Map business requirements to standard Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality and identify configuration, customization, and integration requirements. - Design comprehensive functional solutions aligned with client business processes and industry best practices. - Provide functional expertise across Finance and Supply Chain modules of Dynamics NAV/Business Central. - Own solution framework design and ensure successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle. - Prepare project documentation, including requirement documents, functional specifications, solution designs, and user guides. - Support system configuration, data migration activities, testing, and deployment activities. - Conduct user training sessions on standard and customized Business Central functionality. - Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. - Provide project status updates, highlight risks/issues, and communicate effectively with multiple levels of the organization. - Support global implementations and collaborate with onshore, offshore, and third-party implementation teams. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
