Senior Vendor Manager - Interior Fit Out

We are looking for an experienced Senior Vendor Manager to join our interior finishing team in Mumbai/Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, coordinating production with factories, controlling project costs, and ensuring timely delivery of materials for interior fit-out projects. **Key Responsibilities** \\* Identify, onboard and manage vendors for interior fit-out and finishing works \\* Allocate projects to suitable factories based on capacity and expertise \\* Review drawings and BOQs to ensure manufacturing feasibility \\* Obtain quotations from vendors and negotiate pricing \\* Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget targets \\* Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution \\* Ensure vendors meet quality standards and delivery timelines **Requirements** \\* 5–8 years experience in interior fit-out / home interiors / modular furniture execution \\* Strong vendor network including joinery factories, subcontractors and suppliers \\* Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs \\* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills \\* Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment If you have strong vendor management and interior execution experience, we would love to hear from you.
