The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, resolving production incidents, ensuring data availability, and supporting ETL and reporting processes across AWS, Hadoop, Netezza, and SSIS environments.\\\\r\\\\nKey Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\nProvide L2/L3 support for Data Warehouse and Analytics applications.\\\\r\\\\nMonitor data pipelines, ETL jobs, batch processes, and data loads.\\\\r\\\\nTroubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.\\\\r\\\\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.\\\\r\\\\nSupport AWS, Hadoop, Netezza, and SSIS-based data platforms.\\\\r\\\\nValidate data integrity, quality, and reconciliation processes.\\\\r\\\\nManage job scheduling, performance tuning, and capacity monitoring.\\\\r\\\\nCoordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for issue resolution.\\\\r\\\\nSupport release deployments, change management, and maintenance activities.\\\\r\\\\nPrepare operational documentation, runbooks, and incident reports.\\\\r\\\\nRequired Skills\\\\r\\\\nStrong experience in Application Support and Production Support.\\\\r\\\\nHands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch).\\\\r\\\\nGood knowledge of Hadoop Ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark).\\\\r\\\\nExperience with IBM Netezza Data Warehouse.\\\\r\\\\nStrong expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).\\\\r\\\\nKnowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and Data Warehousing concepts.\\\\r\\\\nExperience with monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting.\\\\r\\\\nUnderstanding of batch scheduling tools and support processes.\\\\r\\\\nPreferred Skills\\\\r\\\\nExperience with Data Analytics and Reporting platforms.\\\\r\\\\nKnowledge of Shell/Python scripting.\\\\r\\\\nExposure to DevOps and automation tools.\\\\r\\\\nITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management knowledge.
