• Welcoming customers and discussing their needs • Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone • Connecting customers to the right auto technician • Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions • Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively • Patience to cope with different customers’ personalities Educational Qualification : ITI Mechanic / Automobile Fresher Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: • Leave encashment Work Location: In person
