- Welcoming customers and discussing their needs - Answering customer inquires, either in person or on the phone - Connecting customers to the right auto technician - Maintaining automotive records by keeping track of problems and corrective actions - Strong customer service skills in order to handle customer complaints and questions effectively - Patience to cope with different customers’ personalities Educational Qualification : ITI Mechanic / Automobile Fresher Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: - Leave encashment Work Location: In person
