Field Executive – Delhivery Job Title: Field Executive Department: Last Mile Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary The Field Executive is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery and pickup of shipments within the assigned area while maintaining good customer service and following Delhivery’s operational and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities • Deliver parcels to customers as per assigned routes and schedules. • Handle pickup and delivery shipments efficiently. • Verify shipment details before delivery/pickup. • Collect and update Proof of Delivery (POD) through the designated application. • Handle COD collections responsibly, wherever applicable. • Maintain proper care and safety of shipments during transit. • Interact professionally with customers and resolve basic delivery-related queries. • Report delivery exceptions, address issues, delays, and undelivered shipments to the concerned team. • Achieve daily delivery and productivity targets. • Follow company processes, safety guidelines, and operational instructions. • Maintain accurate shipment and delivery records.
