Role: ServiceNow GRC IRM Developer Exp: 7-12 Years Location: Bangalore/ Pune Role Overview: The ServiceNow GRC – IRM Developer will be responsible for implementing Business Continuity Management solutions to ensure organizational resilience and continuity. Key Responsibilities: • Configure and customize ServiceNow BCM modules. • Implement Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and continuity planning workflows. • Develop automation for resilience testing and reporting. • Integrate BCM with IRM, ITSM, and CMDB modules. • Create dashboards and compliance reports for BCM readiness. Mandatory Skills: • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow BCM development. • Strong scripting, workflow, and automation skills. • Knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery concepts.
