\\*\\Virtual Drive\\\\* Location- TCS - Pune Exp -4-8 yrs Skill -End User Computing admin Drive Date- 9/4/2026 Responsibilities • Device Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of desktops, laptops, thin clients, and VDI environments. • OS & Endpoint Management: Proficiency in Windows OS, M365, and endpoint security. • Configuration & Deployment Tools: Hands-on experience with SCCM, Intune, and imaging tools. • Application Packaging & Patch Management: Ability to package applications and deploy patches effectively. • ITSM Process Knowledge: Familiarity with Incident, Problem, and Change Management (ITIL framework). • Inventory & CMDB Management: Skilled in maintaining accurate asset records and lifecycle tracking. • Automation Skills: Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, VBScript) for automation. • Evergreen Services: Experience in implementing continuous update strategies. • VDI & Cloud EUC Solutions: Familiarity with Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop. • Reporting & Analytics: Ability to generate trend analysis and performance reports. • Initiative • Experience working in multi-vendor environment.
