Job Title ServiceNow HRSD Architect / Senior Developer Experience 6-12+ Years Location PAN India Job Description We are looking for experienced ServiceNow HRSD professionals to support enterprise HR transformation programs for global customers. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions, Employee Center experiences, Lifecycle Events, and enterprise integrations. Responsibilities • Design and implement HRSD solutions. • Configure Employee Center, HR Services, HR Case Management, and Lifecycle Events. • Build scalable HR workflows using Flow Designer. • Work on Workday and SuccessFactors integrations. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and delivery teams. • Support UAT, release activities, and production deployments. • Drive process improvements and HR automation initiatives.
