Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer / Senior Developer / Analyst Location: PAN India, Hyderabad, Bangalore, New Delhi Experience: 4-8 Years Job Description We are looking for experienced ServiceNow HRSD professionals to be part of large-scale HR transformation programs. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and supporting HR Service Delivery solutions while enabling modern employee experiences on the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities • Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD solutions. • Implement HR Case Management and Employee Center capabilities. • Configure Lifecycle Events and Employee Journey solutions. • Develop integrations with enterprise HR applications. • Create and maintain workflows using Flow Designer. • Build and customize portals and self-service experiences. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and support activities.
