Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 38811 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - BENGALURU - BIRLASOFT OFFICE Title: ServiceNow ITOM Architect-Subcon Description: Area(s) of responsibility Skill: ServiceNow ITOM Archiect(Certificate Management & PKI) Requirement Summary Seeking a Senior ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead the design and implementation of a Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution integrated with Microsoft PKI/ADCS. Strong expertise in ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping) and experience with Certificate Management, PKI, or ADCS integrations are essential. The architect will own solution design, implementation governance, stakeholder engagement, and AMS knowledge transfer. Key Responsibilities • Lead architecture and solution design for ServiceNow Certificate Lifecycle Management. • Design certificate discovery, inventory, tracking, and ownership processes. • Integrate ServiceNow with Microsoft ADCS and enterprise PKI platforms. • Define and implement certificate request, issuance, renewal, revocation, and expiryworkflows. • Establish certificate-to-CMDB relationships and ownership models. • Drive CMDB governance, data quality, reconciliation, and operational standards. • Design dashboards, reporting, monitoring, and proactive certificate expiry notifications. • Conduct workshops with Security, IAM, Infrastructure, Cloud, and DevSecOps teams. • Define support processes, governance models, and technical documentation. • Provide implementation guidance and knowledge transfer to AMS/support teams. Mandatory Skills ServiceNow ITOM • 8+ years of ServiceNow experience. • Strong expertise in: • - ITOM Discovery • CMDB • Service Mapping • CSDM • ITSM • IntegrationHub • Flow Designer • Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. Certificate Management & PKI • Experience working on Certificate Lifecycle Management initiatives. • Strong understanding of: • - PKI • Certificate Authorities (CA) • Certificate issuance and renewal • Certificate revocation and expiry management • Certificate governance and compliance Microsoft ADCS • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS). • Experience integrating ServiceNow with ADCS/PKI solutions using APIs and automation frameworks. Architecture & Governance • Solution architecture and design expertise. • Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation. • Experience working with Security, IAM, Infrastructure, and Cloud teams. • Ability to independently lead design, implementation, and knowledge transfer activities. Preferred Skills • ServiceNow Certificate Management implementation experience. • Event Management. • Cloud Discovery (Azure/AWS). • Vulnerability Response / Security Operations. • Experience in regulated enterprise environments. • Infrastructure and Cyber Security domain exposure.
