Hiring: ServiceNow Tester (4+ Years Experience) 📍 Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai 💼 Experience: 4+ Years 🏢 Employment Type: Full-Time Are you passionate about ensuring quality and reliability in ServiceNow implementations? We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Tester to join our growing team and play a key role in validating enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT Testing of ServiceNow applications. • Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans based on business requirements. • Validate ServiceNow configurations, workflows, catalogs, forms, and custom applications. • Test integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. • Identify, log, track, and retest defects to ensure high-quality releases. • Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Support UAT activities and production validation. • Prepare test reports and quality metrics for project stakeholders. 🔹 Required Skills ✅ 4+ years of Testing experience with strong exposure to ServiceNow ✅ Hands-on experience in: • Functional Testing • Regression Testing • Integration Testing • System Testing • UAT Testing • Defect Management ✅ Experience testing ServiceNow modules such as: • ITSM • Incident Management • Problem Management • Change Management • Service Catalog • Knowledge Management • CMDB ✅ Integration Testing experience: • REST APIs • SOAP Web Services • Postman • JSON/XML Validation ✅ Basic to Intermediate SQL knowledge for data validation and backend testing. 🔹 Good to Have • ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) • Selenium or other test automation tools • ServiceNow CSA Certification • ITIL Knowledge • Agile/Scrum Experience • Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps 🔹 What We're Looking For • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
