Job Title: SFDC (Data Cloud) Developer Location: Hyderabad, Noida, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 8 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Data Cloud to manage and optimize data processes and integrations. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions to support data management and integration needs. • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). • Develop and maintain data models, data flows, and data integration processes within Salesforce. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce through effective use of Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce Data Cloud implementations. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides. Requirements: • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 3-4 years focused on Data Cloud. • Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL. • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices. • Experience with data integration tools and middleware, such as MuleSoft. • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Data Architect. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams. Nice to Haves: • Experience with Agile development methodologies. • Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for Salesforce development.
