Site Engineer / Civil Engineer - High Rise Buildings Experience: 3-8+ Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Location: Project Site Industry: Building Construction / High Rise Residential & Commercial Projects Key Responsibilities: • Supervise day-to-day site execution of RCC, finishing, and civil works. • Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards. • Monitor contractors, manpower, materials, and equipment at site. • Check work progress and achieve project milestones as per schedule. • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and internal teams. • Prepare daily progress reports and material reconciliation. • Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with EHS requirements. • Resolve site-related technical issues and support timely project completion. Required Skills: • High Rise Building Construction • RCC & Finishing Works • Site Execution & Supervision • Quantity Estimation • Quality Control • Contractor Management • AutoCAD & MS Office • Safety Awareness Preferred: Experience in residential/commercial high-rise projects ( minimum 15+ floors).
