Job description

**Strategic Responsibilities** - Identify and propose objectives and targets in the areas of Process Safety - Identify concerns for implementation of Process Safety control measures at various stages of Product life cycle and across the organization - Suggest safeguards for risk reduction measures to acceptable levels - Proactively support process safety risk assessment and incorporate corrective & preventive actions, as necessary **Operational Responsibilities** - Perform a role of PSM (Process Safety Management) competency leader for the cluster - To guide & Support the PSM standard implementation & monitoring team (SIM) team to implement the Corporate PSM standards, procedures. - PSM governance - PSM first party and second party Audits and track compliance - PSM training / capability development system - PSM in New product development/introduction/new plant construction - Ensure PHA is conducted for all the processes - Maintain Process Safety Database and Best Practices
