Job description

Strategic Responsibilities • Identify and propose objectives and targets in the areas of Process Safety • Identify concerns for implementation of Process Safety control measures at various stages of Product life cycle and across the organization • Suggest safeguards for risk reduction measures to acceptable levels • Proactively support process safety risk assessment and incorporate corrective & preventive actions, as necessary Operational Responsibilities • Perform a role of PSM (Process Safety Management) competency leader for the cluster • To guide & Support the PSM standard implementation & monitoring team (SIM) team to implement the Corporate PSM standards, procedures. • PSM governance • PSM first party and second party Audits and track compliance • PSM training / capability development system • PSM in New product development/introduction/new plant construction • Ensure PHA is conducted for all the processes • Maintain Process Safety Database and Best Practices
