Roles and Responsibilities • Manage cash posting process for US healthcare clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment integrity issues and optimize revenue cycle management. • Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution. • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the cash posting process. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Desired Candidate Profile • 4-7 years of experience in Payer Side operations, preferably in US Healthcare Payment Integrity or related field. • Strong understanding of Cash Posting processes, including denial management, adjustments, and appeals. • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights. • Proficiency in working with various systems such as Epic Systems, Meditech, or other similar platforms.
