In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: • Cross-Functional Leadership • Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering/software teams, project management, supply chain, product certification etc. • Facilitate alignment between multidisciplinary teams, local leadership and global product group teams to ensure cohesive execution of project and business goals. • Serve as a central point of contact and facilitate decision making across teams • Process & Quality Improvement • Continuous improvement and development of processes and tools for productivity improvement and quality assurance • Support a culture of innovation by continuously exploring opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and timeliness through AI-enabled solutions. • Talent Developing • Build an inclusive and encouraging environment for employees within the organization. • Develop and implement strategies towards talent development and aligning to the vision of global product group • Identify and implement plans for technical competency development at EICP • Attract, develop, appraise, and retain qualified and skilled talent. • Motivate, empower, and develop the team • Actively participate in and implement the group level resource planning process • Develop and manage budget to fund yearly operations and infrastructure, talent development • Other responsibilities or tasks that are within your skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed. For This Role, You Will Need: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering • 8+ years of experience in leadership (including engineering, project management, cross functional team management) • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams or programs. • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, systems thinking, and organizational dynamics. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
