We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with 4 5 years of experience in the US Telecommunications domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and large-scale data platforms while ensuring high-quality software delivery. The role requires expertise in Functional, Integration, System, Regression, End-to-End, Exploratory, API, Database, and Big Data Testing. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, US-based clients, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure application stability, data integrity, and successful project delivery. - Strong experience in developing automation scripts using Playwright for UI and API testing. - Strong understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript for writing Playwright tests. - Familiarity with test frameworks like Mocha or Jest. - Experience with version control systems like Git. - Hands-on experience with integrating test automation in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI). - Knowledge of SQL. - Familiarity with Jira, Azure, or similar tracking tools. - Solid understanding of QA automation practices and hands-on experience with QA automation frameworks. - Salesforce Knowledge is added advantage. - Plan and coordinate testing activities. - Develop, design, maintain, and optimize the Test Automation framework and test code. - Maintain automated regression testing, report any issues discovered, and update existing tests as needed. - Ensure changes related to resolutions are not negatively affected by new updates or code changes. - Design, implement, and oversee plans for testing new features and major updates. - Apply expertise in systems, tools, and processes to improve the test automation suite. - Conduct quality assurance for development tickets, ensuring that solutions satisfy the original request and are finalized. - Develop automated test cases to validate defect-free code for new features and major updates. - Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, including creating CircleCI pipelines. - Execute cross-device and cross-browser tests to ensure compatibility across various platforms. - Ensure continuous test coverage by maintaining and updating test scripts in line with application changes.
