Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth functioning of the solar power plant. - Coordinate with Site Engineers and In-Charges for timely execution of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. - Maintain accurate records of joint meter readings and manage issuance of credit notes. - Prepare and analyze daily generation reports, breakdown reports, generation loss analysis, and other MIS reports. - Manage material inventory, ensuring availability of critical spares as per O&M agreements and plant needs. - Ensure full compliance with operational procedures and safety protocols. - Develop and implement performance improvement plans to enhance plant efficiency. - Manage scheduling, forecasting, and deviation settlement activities while maintaining proper documentation. - Liaise with service providers, operators, and OEMs for efficient plant operation and maintenance. - Coordinate with government authorities, DISCOMs, transmission companies (Trancos), and local administration for regulatory and operational compliance. - Oversee plant equipment warranty claims and insurance processes. - Possess hands-on experience in managing large-scale solar power projects (50 MW and above). - Demonstrate a strong understanding of Fire & Safety (F&S) regulations and ensure adherence at site. - Promptly report all technical, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) issues. - Drive cost optimization in O&M through effective vendor development and management. **Preferred candidate profile** - **Having 8-10 years of experience in Solar Domain** - **Possess hands-on experience in managing large-scale solar power projects (50 MW and above).** - **Local to Gujarat or Ok to relocate.**
