Lead Sapiens Solution Architect 📍 Location: Hyderabad 💼 Experience: 12-18 Years We are seeking an experienced Lead Sapiens Solution Architect with strong expertise in Insurance Technology, Sapiens products, business consulting, solution architecture, and large-scale transformation programs . Required Skills • 12-18 years of experience in Insurance Technology • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Sapiens CoreSuite, IDIT, TIA, DataSuite, Digital Suite, Decision Management, or Reinsurance Solutions • Deep expertise in Life & Annuities (L&A) or Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance • Policy Administration, Claims Management, Underwriting • Billing & Collections, Customer Servicing • Business Architecture & Functional Architecture • Requirements Engineering & Process Transformation • RFP/RFI Response Management • Solution Design, Estimation & Costing • Executive Stakeholder Management • Large Insurance Transformation Programs Key Responsibilities • Lead client discovery workshops and advisory engagements • Define target business architecture and solution approach • Drive RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and estimation activities • Perform business process analysis and gap assessments • Design end-to-end insurance business processes and workflows • Lead functional streams during implementation programs • Manage requirements, solution design, UAT, and change management activities • Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and business leaders • Mentor Business Analysts and Functional Consultants • Contribute to practice development, accelerators, and best practices If Interested apply on link - Zensar Hiring Lead Sapiens Solution Architect – Fill out form
