Identify and agree functional & technical competencies required Deliver End to End Recruitment process- sourcing, interview scheduling, creation of offer fitment, system hiring Ensure effective screening as per defined criteria’s basis the job brief meeting  and interview process. - Create offer fitment and take requisite fitment approvals from Hiring Manager/ HRBP Discuss and negotiate the offer /benefits with the candidate for closure Ensure prejoining steps like Preemployment medicals and resignation acceptance before initiating system hiring actions in Success Factors Updation of the Hiring Dashboard to track performance on key metrics on a regular basis. - Keeping the HRBP & Hiring Manager updated on the status of the open positions.
