We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Specialist - Medical Coding Billing to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical coding and billing, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibility - Analyze medical records to assign accurate codes for diagnoses and procedures. - Review and process patient claims for payment from insurance companies and government agencies. - Develop and implement effective coding systems to improve data quality and efficiency. - Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify coding discrepancies or denials. - Stay updated with changes in coding regulations and guidelines. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of coded data and patient information. Job Requirements - Strong knowledge of medical terminology and coding principles. - Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and practice management software. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations. - A graduate degree is required for this position.
