Area(s) of responsibility Role Summary The Senior Developer – ServiceNow is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions aligned with business and IT service management requirements. The role requires hands-on expertise in ServiceNow platform development, workflow automation, integrations, and customization while ensuring adherence to platform best practices and governance standards. Key Responsibilities ServiceNow Development & Configuration • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules. • Configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalog modules. • Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine. • Design and implement workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automation processes. • Create and maintain UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs, Script Includes, and Catalog Items.
