Years of Experience Required: Level 1: 1 year to 2 years Level 2: 2 years to 4 years Level 3: 4 years to 7 years Location: Chennai, India (Mandatory Work from Office) Shift: US Night Shift (5 Days a Week) Role #1 US Payroll - Level 2 & Level 3 We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist / Lead to serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for US payroll operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliant, accurate, and efficient payroll delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position offers exposure to complex multi-state payroll, global governance, advanced system operations, and leadership opportunities. The Lead will additionally review and validate pre-payroll inputs, analyze payroll outputs, administer post-payroll activities, mentor junior specialists, and ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs. This role requires night shift support with rotational weekly offs and is based out of our Chennai office.   Role #2 Payroll Tax Analyst – Level 3 We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Tax Analyst with strong experience in US Payroll Tax and multi-state payroll operations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end payroll tax processing & reconciliations • Prepare/review Federal, State & Local tax filings (941, 940, W-2, W-2C) • Handle tax notices, amendments & compliance deadlines • Support year-end payroll tax activities • Drive process improvements & stakeholder coordination   What We’re Looking For: • 4+ years of Payroll / Payroll Tax experience • Strong knowledge of US payroll tax regulations • Experience in multi-state payroll environment • Hands-on with ADP, Workday or similar payroll tools • Strong Excel & analytical skills   Role #3 Benefits Administration - Level 1 We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and dependable Compensation Specialist to join our HR Shared Services team in Chennai. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and compliant administration of compensation and benefits processes for the US region. The specialist will work extensively with Workday Compensation modules, support annual compensation cycles, maintain data accuracy, and deliver exceptional employee experience through timely and precise operations. This is a work-from-office, night-shift role with rotational weekly offs. Benefits Administration - Level 2 We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Compensation Specialist to support and enhance US compensation and benefits operations. This role serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for compensation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of compensation programs. The Senior Associate will focus on executing compensation cycles and managing complex data validations. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of US compensation regulations, hands-on experience with Workday Compensation, strong analytical capability, and a commitment to operational excellence. This role requires working night shifts with rotational weekly offs and is based out of our Chennai office.   Role #4 Compliance & Incident Management – Hotline Support Level 1 The L1 Hotline Support role is responsible for being the first point of contact for compliance and incident-related queries received via hotline, email, or ticketing tools. The individual will take calls, capture accurate information, create incidents, and route requests as per defined SOPs. Level 2 The L2 Hotline Support role handles complex hotline interactions, performs advanced triage, validates incident details, and ensures correct categorization, prioritization, and resolution routing. The role also supports quality checks, coaching of L1 resources, and escalation management.
