Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Role & Responsibilities** You will be responsible for ideating, developing and validating new product bundles for the Indian market in the assigned category/segment by building a pipeline based on Consumer Insights, in line with the Equity/Brand growth strategy. **What can you expect?** Innovation in products and design is at the core of Brand Development at Colgate and is a key priority outlined under our Global Strat plan. The role will provide you an opportunity to unleash your innovative spirit and embark on an exhilarating journey where creativity and progress converge. **Key responsibilities:** - Develop Equity/Brand growth strategies with in-depth understanding of consumer/shopper trends and insights; competitive threats; and category or brand opportunities - Identify and articulate consumer insights to create new-concept ideas and business opportunities - Leverage new technologies, strategies and processes to capture value add opportunities (e.g. new claims, products, flavor, packaging) - Lead concept and bundle development with cross-functional teams - Deliver effective Integrated Marketing Campaigns; develop clear and persuasive strategies and campaign ideas - Management of multiple projects utilizing tools to efficiently and effectively monitor progress of projects and keep within agreed timetables **What you can expect at Colgate-Palmolive:** - Be a part of living a culture of agility, growth and innovation - Learn how a large business operates and grow in your overall business knowledge and acumen - You will be exposed to learnings on a global scale that will challenge and stretch your strategic and analytical capabilities - Work with great colleagues. As people at Colgate will tell you it’s the people that make the difference. - You will establish great personal networks and work across a multitude of cultures **What we ask.** **Experiences** - At least 8+ years of Marketing experience in Brand Management and/or Innovation in FMCG industry - Having handled brands with scale preferably in Personal Care space - Having handled multiple innovation networks in your career either in the domain of e.g. new product launch, relaunch, packaging change, comms development etc. - Sound business skills and ability to process data, read P&L and craft margin statements for new launches - Added bonus if have had previous brand building/commercial experience and can cross-lane in the organization - People management & having worked with cross-functional & global teams **Leadership Competencies** - Driving Innovation - Encouraging creative thinking; pushing for continuous improvement in all ways of doing business; balancing innovation with adopting standard Colgate processes and practices. - Planning / Priority Setting - Aligning goals and helping others develop objectives to support business strategies; translating objectives into action plans. - Analysis/Decision Making - Gathering relevant information efficiently; applying logic in solving problems and making decisions; using data to support recommendations; weighing risks and predicting benefits and costs. **Functional Competencies** - Brand & Equity Management - Commercial acumen and Financial Proficiency - Consumer Insights and Data Analytics - Project Management **Required Qualifications** - Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
