• Overall responsible for foundry quality, EMS and OHSAS. • Responsible for reduction in failure cost • Responsible for quality complaints and respective CAPA. • Overall responsible for surface finish of castings. • Responsible for NDT operations and compliance and lesion. • Response for customer complaints and initiate CAPA. • Enhance pro-active quality culture at the shop floor. • Coordination with other departments ,plants and team.
