Job Title Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant Experience 8-12+ Years Location Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Remote Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Consultant with deep expertise in Salesforce FSC, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to design, implement, and support scalable Salesforce solutions for Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) clients. Key Responsibilities Functional & Solution Design • Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders. • Design end-to-end Salesforce FSC solutions aligned with business objectives. • Lead workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution reviews. • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Salesforce Development & Configuration • Configure and customize Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. • Develop solutions using: • Apex • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • Flows • Process Automation • Validation Rules • Custom Objects • Approval Processes • Implement Service Cloud capabilities including case management and customer service processes. Integration & Data Management • Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. • Work with MuleSoft and other middleware platforms. • Manage data migration, data quality, and master data governance. • Ensure secure integration with banking/insurance systems. Leadership & Governance • Provide technical leadership to development teams. • Review code and solution designs. • Enforce Salesforce best practices and governance. • Support production deployments and release management.
