Find out more about us at www.jubilantingrevia.com **The Position** **Organization : -** Jubilant Ingrevia Limited **Designation and Level: -** Senior Research Associate- Chemical Research **Location;;;; : -** Bharuch **Reporting Manager: -** Associate Director- Chemical Research **Job Summary** The Senior Research associate in research and development will be responsible for carrying out lab experimentation following safety guidelines for process improvement, cost reduction, plant support and other continuous improvement activities. **Job Responsibilities** 1. **Cost Reduction and Process Improvement of Existing Products:** - Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process optimizations for existing products. - Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot process issues to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. - Continuous improvement on the key projects to keep them cost competitive - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and improve product quality. 1. **Data Entry and Document Preparation:** - Ensure accurate and timely data entry for all R and D activities. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including experimental protocols, reports, and regulatory submissions. - Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management and documentation. **The Person** **Qualifications:** - Master's in Organic Chemistry - 2-5 years in R and D within the fine chemicals industry. - Proficient in data management and lab safety. **Skills:** - Project management and organizational skills. - Design of Experiments for
