Key responsibilities: • Maintain inventory accurately, location-wise, and ensure proper stock control. • Conduct daily cycle counts and support quarterly physical inventory activities. • Ensure strict adherence to the FIFO (First In, First Out) system. • Monitor and review stock reports regularly. • Perform monthly reconciliation of FOC (Free of Cost) and subcontracting materials. • Prepare and share material shortage reports with concerned stakeholders. • Submit daily FOC stock declarations to customers. • Maintain all FOC-related documentation and ensure timely closure of FOC challans. • Manage rejection material disposal as per company procedures. • Ensure compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards. • Utilize SAP effectively for inventory and store management activities. • Maintain professional communication and coordination with customers. • Use MS Office applications efficiently for reporting and data analysis. • Implement and sustain 5S practices within the store area. • Plan and optimize store space utilization through proper storage calculations. • Take responsibility for overall inventory management and stock accuracy. • Act as Shift In-Charge and ensure smooth store operations during the assigned shift. • Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, and logistics teams to support operational requirements. • Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and environmental policies.
