• Role: Senior Structural Design Engineering • Location: L&T Headquarters, Chennai (Manapakkam) Responsibilities • Lead structural design and analysis of high-rise and mega projects. • Review and optimize complex RCC structural systems. • Manage design deliverables using ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro . • Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams. • Ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant international standards. • Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making on complex structural issues. ## Requirements • 4 to 8 years of experience in the structural design of high-rise buildings. • Advanced expertise in ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro . • Strong command of IS codes and international design practices. • Proven track record of handling large-scale mega projects and leading design teams.
