Job description

• Role: Structural Design Engineering Manager • Location: L&T Headquarters, Chennai (Manapakkam) ## Responsibilities • Structural analysis and design of high-rise buildings. • Design RCC and steel structures using ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro . • Prepare calculations, reports, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. • Ensure compliance with IS codes and international standards. • Support project execution and design optimization. • Coordinate with clients, external consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams. • Ensure compliance with IS codes and relevant international standards. • Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making on complex structural issues. ## Requirements • 7 – 15 years of experience in high-rise building design. • Hands-on expertise in ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.Pro . • Strong knowledge of IS codes and international practices. • Experience in handling large projects.
