Design Cafe is hiring Studio Manager/Design Manager for Hebbal Address: Address: 1st Floor, No. 7, 3rd Cross, KV Jairam Rd, MCECHS Layout Phase 2, Jakkur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560064 Experience - 5 to 8 years Job Description:- • Experience: 5+ years of total experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. • Responsibilities: Must have managed a monthly revenue of ₹1.5 crore or more. • Team Management: Experience in handling a team of 10+ in-house designers. • Look at whether revenue numbers, TAT, Sign-ups are on track daily. • Handle client escalations - red level • Report Directly into City Head on key metrics • De-bottleneck projects by addressing core issues faced by repartee's • Manage team performance and morale. Hire, Develop, Let go Requirement : - -Excellent Written and Verbal communication -Require Minimum 5 + yrs of experience -Should Have a Strong Team Management experience -3 years experience handling clients for interior design projects -B.Arch/M.Arch/Bachelor/Master in interior Designing and equivalent Technical Skills: -Advanced Understanding of Modular Design -Problem Solving -Planning and Organization -Customer Orientation This role is critical in marshaling the company's central key resource - Designers. Handling the team well results in the organization realizing its key goals of Revenue, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Satisfaction.
