We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **In This Role, You Will** - Own the end-to-end One-PO operating model for assigned suppliers. - Translate demand and forecast inputs into annual PO and subsequent amendments, ensuring PO coverage remains sufficient and aligned to changes in resourcing plans throughout the year. - Be responsible for Annual PO creation and maintenance. - Maintain high data quality across the end-to-end supplier lifecycle (resource attributes, rates, dates, organisational allocations and PO mapping), complete regular reconciliations and drive corrective actions with the right owners. - Lead the monthly supplier billing cycle: validate billing statements for billing eligibility against approved time, manage exceptions through controlled approvals, and ensure downstream steps are ready for invoicing and payment. - Own supplier issue management: ensure issues are logged, triaged, root-caused and resolved within agreed timelines; track recurring themes and implement preventative actions to reduce rework and late payments. - Chair vendor cadence meetings to review billing readiness, open issues, invoicing status, outstanding items and cross-team blockers, driving clear actions to closure and escalating where required. - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders, provide clear progress updates, manage expectations, align priorities across teams, and escalate risks and decisions in a timely, structured way. **To Be Successful, You Will** - Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and align teams across functions. - Strong analytical capability and structured problem-solving, using data to identify root causes and drive pragmatic solutions. - A solid understanding of operational processes, with a continuous improvement mindset. - Prioritise and deliver to deadlines while managing risks and dependencies. - Proven business analysis and data analysis skills, translating requirements into clear insights and actionable outcomes. - Confident presentation skills, able to communicate complex topics clearly to both operational and senior stakeholders You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC. www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
