Job Requirements\\* Nexthink Infinity Knowledge: Proficiency in the Infinity interface, including managing Alerts & Diagnostics, Application Experience, and VDI Experience modules. NQL (Nexthink Query Language): This is the single most important technical requirement. You must be able to write complex queries to investigate real-time data across users, devices, and binaries. Scripting (PowerShell & Bash): Essential for creating Remote Actions. You’ll need to write scripts that can self-heal issues (like clearing a cache or restarting a service) across thousands of endpoints. ServiceNow Integration: Setting up the Nexthink Incident Management Connector or Amplify to pull real-time device data directly into IT Support tickets. API Management: Using Nexthink’s Webhooks and APIs to export data into BI tools (like PowerBI or Tableau) or trigger external workflows. AI & Prompt Engineering: Leveraging Nexthink’s built-in AI tools to refine "Adopt" guides and interpret industry benchmarks. Key Responsibilities\\* Systems Programming: Developing high-performance endpoint agents for Windows and macOS that extract real-time telemetry without impacting device performance. DEX Innovation: Integrating AI and Machine Learning to proactively detect IT issues before employees notice them. Cross-Platform Parity: Ensuring feature consistency across different operating systems Value Tracking: Defining and measuring the "ROI" of the Nexthink platform (e.g., reducing IT tickets by 30%).
