Senior Business Analyst (ServiceNow/Cybersecurity): Job Summary We are looking for a IAM Business Analyst with strong IAM expertise to lead requirement gathering, analysis, and delivery for ServiceNow IAM workflows. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure compliant, scalable, and efficient identity and access solutions aligned with HSBC IDAM standards. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for ServiceNow IAM workflows. • Engage stakeholders to capture endtoend requirements and define futurestate solutions. • Perform GAP analysis of existing (asis) access workflows and translate findings into actionable requirements. • Ensure requirements are technically feasible and compliant with HSBC IDAM controls. • Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation in Jira. • Facilitate estimation, sprint planning, story reviews, and “Show & Tell” sessions. • Coordinate task and story delivery with development and QA teams. • Support deployment planning and execution for assigned epics. • Lead business and IAM UAT planning, execution, defect management, and signoff. • Act as the single point of contact for assigned epics through deployment. • Monitor dependencies, risks, and issues to prevent delivery delays. • Provide regular status updates to senior management and key stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to improve IAM processes, delivery efficiency, and operational stability. • Support other initiatives and consulting needs as required. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications • Business Analysis certification: CBAP or CCBA. • Extensive experience as an Agile Business Analyst in an IT environment. • Strong handson experience with ServiceNow, including workflows, data model, and APIs. • Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts and controls. • Experience with IAM technologies such as SailPoint, Delinea, HashiCorp, Active Directory, UNIX, databases. • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models. • Proven ability to document clear, structured requirements and user stories. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong analytical, problemsolving, presentation, and reporting skills. • Preferred / Optional Skills Security certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM. • ServiceNow CSA certification. • Experience with additional ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, GRC, Reporting).
